Welcome back to week two of our unprocessed food challenge. We're Lauren & Brooks Bash, a plant-based couple living in LA. In an effort to be hyper aware of where our food comes from, and learn more about the current US food system, we have challenged ourselves to remove processed foods from our diet for 30 days.

And while this challenge may be new to us, the principle is anything but new, and is considered a whole-foods-plant-based lifestyle.
