About 8 months before he won Stage 18 of the 2024 Tour de France, we joined ‪@LottoDstnyCyclingTeam‬'s Victor Campenaerts (‪@vocsnor‬) for 72 hours of off-season training at his home in Southern Spain.

In between training sessions we asked Victor to share his wisdom on a whole host of aspects of performance for a series we dubbed "Victor On...".
