• Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
• Water – as needed

How to Make Pepper Mutton Curry?
1️⃣ Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste, salt, and turmeric for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ In a pan, cook the marinated mutton (covered, low flame, stir every 5 mins). After 15 mins, add oil, mix, and set aside.
3️⃣ In a pressure cooker, heat oil. Temper cinnamon, cardamom, and clove.
4️⃣ Blend masala: cumin, pepper, curry leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, garlic, onion, green chilli, tomato, coriander, salt, turmeric.
5️⃣ Add this masala paste to the cooker. Cook on low for 5 minutes with a dash of water.
6️⃣ Add roasted mutton, stir well, and coat fully.
7️⃣ Adjust salt, add red chilli powder, water. Close lid.
8️⃣ Pressure cook for 7 whistles.
9️⃣ Garnish with coriander and serve hot!
