Hello everyone! Join me for a quick, unique and (loosely) dance-inspired cardio-based workout designed to move your body and make you feel good on the inside and out. This is a great class to add on to other strength-based classes. It would also be fantastic if you're feeling a little sluggish and need a quick energy boost, or if you're feeling a bit nervous and need to shake it out! I’m using lightweights for this workout for some added spice, but you can do the whole workout without them! :)
