大豆の自給自足！！～栽培から、収穫、選別までの様子～

2021年の大豆の栽培の様子を紹介します。
播種から、中耕、土寄せ、除草を経て、収穫。

栽培方法は、無農薬に加え、無肥料栽培です。

大豆の脱穀は、昔ながらの足踏み脱穀機を使用。
選別は、唐箕を使いました。

そして最後は、自らの目で見て選別。

一小さな自給農家の大豆の栽培の様子ですが、少しでも参考にしていただけたら幸いです。


Introducing the state of soybean cultivation in 2021.
Harvesting from sowing, medium cultivation, soil gathering, and weeding.

The cultivation method is fertilizer-free cultivation in addition to pesticide-free cultivation.

For soybean threshing, we used a traditional stepping threshing machine.
For sorting, we used fanning mill.

And at the end, it is sorted by looking at it with your own eyes.

It is a state of soybean cultivation by a small self-sufficient farmer, but I would appreciate it if you could refer to it as much as possible.
