Wow! In this full body compound workout we are hitting all the muscles! This total body workout consists of all compound exercises using dumbbells only. Compound exercises are when we are using more than one joint to complete the action. So, multi muscle, multi joint actions! That means, more bang for your buck, more calories burned, more muscles built!

Format: 45 sec work/15 sec rest
You will need: A variety of dumbbells

Sneak peak of all the compound exercises!
Warm up and cool down included

Workout:
Circuit 1
Squat bicep curl
Lateral lunge overhead press
Alternating front lunge, elbow to knee
x3

Circuit 2:
Renegade row with donkey kick
Russian twist leg drop
Db pullover -crush grip chest press
x3

Circuit 3:
Split squat front raise
Weighted burpee overhead press
Skiers
x3

Circuit 4:
Piston push/pull to squat front press
Stationary lunge with valley in-n-out
Chest flye single leg glute raise
x3
