Welcome to our quick 2-minute seated sun salutation practice, designed to awaken your core and bring vitality to your entire body. In this practice, we'll focus on strengthening the core muscles, particularly with the Boat Pose variation, while also providing gentle stretching and movement for the spine, neck, shoulders, and back.


Find a comfortable seated position on your chair, with your feet flat on the ground and your spine tall. Take a moment to ground yourself, bringing your awareness to your breath.


As we flow through this sequence, remember to listen to your body and move with intention. If any movement feels uncomfortable, feel free to modify or skip it altogether.
