Hi Friends, let's get it with this 50 min intermediate power yoga class. This is a free power yoga class that you can come back to any time!

Even though this is an intermediate class, I encourage everyone to try, even beginner yogis - you may surprise yourself! In this 50 min power yoga flow we'll move smoothly in our vinyasa and hold yoga postures for a few breaths to activate our body and mind. We'll breathe through strong yoga poses including stacked standing balances.

Whether you're doing power yoga for weight loss, yoga for strength, or yoga for flexibility this yoga class serves you.

Practice this class as a 50 min yoga workout for a chance to find mental and physical strength, perseverance, and equanimity.
