RUM BARBARIC cocktail

Spiced dark rum followed by delicious creamy orange and a hint of coconut. Great spiced rum cocktail!! Comes in at 20% ABV.

MIXING NOTES: Kraken Black rum can be substituted. Trader Vic’s Koko coconut syrup is a bit milder on the coconut, and a good sub for Liber. The Own Decanter bitters imparts a multitude of flavors and is recommended, but optional. Reduced OJ to 1½ and increased pineapple juice to ½ for better balance, using my juices.

1½ orange juice (prepared from Minute Maid Original frozen)
½ fresh pressed pineapple juice
¼ Liber coconut syrup
½ small Persian lime squeeze
2dash Bitter Truth Own Decanter bitters (Germany 60 proof)
Shake cracked ice, all into mug, spent ½ lime ATOP, straw
