I'm a physical therapist who had his right hip replaced almost 12 years ago at the age of 19 secondary to a diagnosis of Avascular Necrosis. In this video, I want to show you how I train to remain fit, active, and healthy while achieving my goals. You should not do the exact same routine as me as we will have different training histories, injury histories, goals, etc. Instead, I just want to show you that you can still be highly capable and strong after a major surgery like this. I always recommend working with your surgeon and physical therapist to tailor a program to your needs.
