This warrior flow is focused on core and standing balances. This is quite a challenging classes, working the strength in your forearms through the vinyasa flows as we will be taking many of them in-between each postures. We will also be building strength in the thighs through the standing postures for all foundational poses. I hope it make you feel stable strong and balanced.
