Ingredients:

For Dry achar spice powder :
👉🏻Zeera (cumin)= 1 tsp
👉🏻Rai (mustard seed) =1 tsp
👉🏻Meethi (fenugreek seed)=1/4 tsp

Dry roast all the ingredients and make fine powder .

👉🏻nimbo (Lemon ) = 3 large
Wash throughly and wipe with cloth

Cut into small pieces

👉🏻Lal mirch powder(Kashmiri Red chili powder)= 3 full tsp
👉🏻Haldi (Turmeric powder ) =2 tsp
👉🏻Namak (Salt ) =2 tsp
👉🏻Nimbo juice (Lemon juice )=1 large

Add all above ingredients to lemon with
👉🏻dry achar powder

Mix well with clean and dry spoon

Now in a pan heat
👉🏻Tel (Cooking oil )= 1 cup

Cool down oil to room temperature
Add oil to lemon mixture
Mix well
Transfer it in air tight container
Keep it for 3-4 days before use

Lemon pickle is ready
Use it by 1 month
Make sure you use clean and dry spoon while taking out
