In this video, I show how I train and what I eat in a day. I don't show exact amounts or calories because I don't want this to be triggering for those with eating disorders. I just want to demonstrate that eating a balanced diet that includes added sugar, refined carbs, and "unclean" foods IS healthy and a perfectly acceptable way to fuel training. I also want to emphasize that I don't film every single thing I eat. Anyway, this video shows a couple days of pretty high volume training for me. I've been using biking and the elliptical as cross training methods that allow me to increase my volume without increasing pounding. Also, I've been enjoying getting in more trail running and vertical gain as I prepare for the US Mt Running Championships!
