I think you classic viewers from New Zealand or around the world may recognise the characters in the thumbnail. ;-) Credit to my brother Dylan ‪@omegafilmcorporation‬ for the original concept of the thumbnail, which I digitised on BluffTitler later. The characters in the thumbnail can be seen in the Goodnight Kiwi sign-offs that were seen on the network from 1975-94. TVNZ 2 was launched as TV2 on 30th June 1975 as New Zealand's second television channel. Compared to TVNZ 1, it targets a younger audience, and is well-remembered for their "Goodnight Kiwi" signoffs that were used from 1975-94. The channel has gone through many names since 1976. My next logo history video will be on Grundy Television from Australia.
