Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is not to be confused with Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Understand the difference between these two Italian wines which are made from two different grapes and from two different places (former is the grape and its from the region of Abruzzo and the later is from Tuscany and is mostly Sangiovese.)
