23g . . . Whole egg
80g . . . Plain flour
10g . . . Almond powder
0.5g . . . Salt
‣Lemon-Lime Curd
2 Eggs
60g . . . Sugar
1.5g . . . Lemon and lime zest
40g . . . Lemon and lime juice
2g . . . . Gelatin powder
15g . . . Water
48g . . . Unsalted butter
‣Cream Cheese Whipped Cream
60g . . . Cream cheese
14g . . . Sugar
90g . . . Whipping cream
‣For garnishing
Chopped pistachios
Candied lemon peels

▷Cook Time
Pie crest : Bake it at 340°F/170°C for 18-20 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and pie weights, and bake it at 340°F/170°C for 5-8 minutes.

▷Lemon lime tart : Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
▷Lemon lime tart will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
