We'll incorporate a resistance band loop into this total body Pilates mat class. If you don't have a loop band, you could use wear ankle weights instead, and use a long band or dish towel for the prone work.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
—Resistance band loop (I'm using a heavy one for the first half of class and a light one for the rest of it) - this is the set I use http://amzn.to/2r952Ai

If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach — and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)
