It was a long process, but so worth it. Love it with sticky rice and grill meat.

8 oz Chile Arbol
14 oz Dried Thai Chili
(2) 3oz chili guajillo
1 cup smashed garlic
1/3 cup lime leaf de-steamed
1/3 cup galangal minced
2 cups thinly slice shallots
2 cups of veggie oils
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup fish sauce (needs 2 cups)
2 cups water
2 cooked sliced pork skin

*make about 60 oz of jeow bong
*add more fish sauce or sugar to your taste preference
