In this video we will do 1 minute of walking with a closed mouth.
As you are walking you should start slowing down your breathing.

Soften your breath to the point that you feel air hunger, soften it to the point that you feel that you're not getting enough air.

While nose breathing block one nostril so you're concentrating all of the airflow through one nostril. This will make it easier feel your breathing, this will make it easier to follow your breathing through the nose.

As you feel the airflow coming in out of one nostril gently slow down your breathing to the point you feel air hunger.
So the objective is that you're taking less air into your body than what you feel you need.
