It’s Day #4 of IGNITE! In this workout we will be taking your Pilates Traditional Mat exercises and putting them in a Tabata format so that it's 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest in four minute rounds. As always, I will give you lots of different options so work to your level. You don't need any equipment, just some space to move and your mat. Are you ready? Let's do it!
