This is your Body Gratitude Mobility workout! It's day 28 of your Holiday HIIT Challenge and today it is all about being grateful for our bodies and all of the ways that we can move. We're going use some yoga inspired pilates inspired barre mobility moves. And we'll get our hearts pumping and our muscles burning as we reflect on all. the ways that our bodies show up for us. All you need for this workout is a little bit of space and an open heart. Are you ready? Let's do it!
