How To Make Snickers Cheesecake

2.5 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
750g cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar/powdered sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 chopped snickers bars

Garnish with chopped snickers bars and chocolate shavings
