I've tried full elixir before but it isn't that much faster

Shai's weaknesses are fairly noticible in Ulukita spots :
1. Lack of Down Attacks
2. Small AoE area, range, and subpar DPS
3. Weak mobility at long distances
and in Dark Seeker's Retreat this is no exception. She is one of the very few classes where Orb's stun mechanics works against her in grinding. If you're particularly adamant to trash numbers and efficiency then this isn't the class for you.

As for the lightstone set, I personally still don't have firm conclusion as to whether Deathblow should be replaced with other effects. She still lacks Crit chance by a considerable amount due to inability to sustain BSR. It probably doesn't really matter in the end as your trash number would still be much lower than many other classes (Perhaps with lower GS too).

Anyway I hope this'll at least help other Shais grind moderately effective.
