Using fresh aromatic ingredients, this is an extremely appetising and flavourful seafood dish. If you are a clam lover, this is one recipe u should definitely try cooking.

Ingredients need:
- 500g clams (lala)
- one thumb size sliced ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic (add more to your preference)
- 2 sliced chilli padi (optional)
- 2 stalks spring onion

Sauce mixture
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chinese wine
- Some pepper
- 1 tsp sugar

To thicken the sauce:
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- some water

** - Optional to add extra 1 tbsp of Chinese wine when clams are added in
- Do not overcook the clams (Off fire when most clams are open)
