In this video we run through the key points of learning Reverse Star for both flyer and base.

Base tips:
• Bend your legs when the Flyer jumps
• Once their hips are over yours, extend your legs and push through your heel
• Make sure that your legs don’t travel towards your head

Flyer tips:
• Practice jumping onto higher platforms and rolling your hips above your hands
• Practice various leg positions while being upside down
• Keep your elbows together for more control
