Ingredients:

For idli dosa batter:
2 cups brown rice
¾th cup urad dal
1 tsp fenugreek seed
½ cup beaten rice/ poha
Salt to taste

For Chutney:

1 cup fresh coconut pieces
¼ cup phutani/ chutney dal
2 green chillies
Small piece of ginger
Salt to taste
A little more than ½ cup water

1 tsp oil
1 tsp urad dal/ split black gram dal
½ tsp mustard seed
2 dried red chillies
Few curry leaves
