Ingredients-

For dough:
1 cup all purpose flour/ maida
1 cup wheat flour
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Water to knead
1 tsp oil

For marination:
3/4th cup yoghurt/ curd
3 tbsp roasted gram flour/ besan
1/4th tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp kasuri methi/ dry fenugreek leaves
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp oil

For stuffing:
400 gram paneer cubes
2 tbsp oil

For the salad:
Chopped Cabbage
Chopped Cucumber
Chopped Capsicum
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp chaat masala
