In this extended version of my initial video on Cervical Spine Stenosis, I move slower and demonstrate more repetitions so that you see the movements more clearly and are able to follow my timing. These easy-to-do, pain-relieving movements open space in the spinal column and decrease pain, numbness, tingling, and more. Combine these exercises with adequate hydration, anti-inflammatory foods and breathing exercises in order to feel better overall.
