RECIPES

WELLNESS SHOT:
2 limes
2 apples
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
water

BREAKFAST:
3 scrambled eggs
2 pieces of bacon

Granola Bowl -
1 cup granola
2 tblsp. plain yoghurt
fresh fruit

LUNCH:

Chicken -
1. Season with paprika, thyme, black pepper and garlic powder and drizzle some oil over it.
2. Place in airfryer basket and cook 370 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 4 minutes.

Cabbage slaw -
Cut up your vegetables (white and red cabbage, spinach, lettuce, carrot) and dress with 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1-2 tbsp lemon juice and salt and pepper.

DINNER:

Sweet Potato:
1. Cut up your sweet potato into cubes and season with salt, pepper and italian herbs. Drizzle some olive oil and cook in the airfryer at 200 degrees.
Barbecue Shredded Chicken:
1. Wash you chicken and slice into two halves. Season with salt and pepper and lightly saute on a grill pan with melted butter for 5 minutes.
2. Prepare the sauce (ingredients listed in the video).
3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and allow to simmer (5 minutes).
4. Remove the chicken and allow the sauce to simmer for 5 more minutes. Shred the chicken and put back into the sauce. And it's ready!
Butter Lettuce:
1. Tear up your lettuce into smaller pieces. Add in your croutons and chopped yellow pepper. Dressing: ! lemon juice, 1 tsp. olive oil and 1 tsp. mayonnaise
