Ingredients

2 cup milk powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup decicated coconut
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup saffron milk
2 tbsp clarify butter(ghee)
Pistachio for garnish(optional)

Recipe
1.in a cool pan add milk,milk powder,cardamom powder,ghee
2.switch on the flame and cook until become together ,add saffron milk and cook further until dough consistency
3.keep string while cooking and do it on slow flame
4.once cook let it cool down completely and add sugar,decicated coconut,mix well until hold into a shape
5.grease the mould and make modak with pistachio.
6.make all modak like as shown in to the video.
7.enjoy this instant maawa saffron modak.
