If you are a matcha lover like me, you’ve got to try my Starbucks inspired drink!!!

Here’s how you can make this recipe at home ☺️

Ingredients-
•2 tsps matcha
•1/2 cup water at 80C
•Lots of Ice
1/2 cup Oat Milk
•1 teaspoon lavender buds
•4 tbsps fresh cream
•3 tbsp milk
•1/2 tsp icing sugar
•1/4th tsp blueberry powder or purple food colour

Process-
In a pot on a low flame ,add fresh cream with lavender pods , remove it from the heat and let it infuse in the cream
Soak the bamboo whisk if using
Sieve the matcha , pour hot water and whisk until it becomes frothy
Strain the lavender cream in a glass and add in icing sugar, milk and blueberry powder and mix it with a frother
Fill your glass with ice and add the matcha over the ice , add in sweetener of your choice like maple syrup
Add oat milk and top it of with your lavender infused cream
Stir and Enjoy!
