As such, Anaerobic Exercise may be particularly beneficial for people who are looking to lose body fat. Anaerobic exercise also helps a person gain or maintain muscle mass and increase bone density.

This video will take you through a 20 Minute Anaerobic style heavy bag workout that will be added to your boxing for weight loss routine.

We're going to do 6 rounds.
Each round is 3 minutes.
We do a 1 Minute lead up to a maximum intensity combination of effort.
1 Minute piece and a 30 Second anaerobic effort again to finish the round.
You rest for 30 seconds, and we go again.
It's a challenging workout; you're going to have to work for it.
Data is on the screen to show you how hard we're working.
IF you want the results, you are going to have to get after it!

One minute of easy-to-follow conditioning exercises working the big muscles, legs, and then 30 seconds of fast anaerobic paces on your boxing combos.

The goal for you is to do this workout 2 - 3 times a week and 5 days a week.
