The Hip Hook, also known as The Mark, is a tool that was developed to relieve tension in your psoas and iliacus, two muscles that are rarely treated and very difficult to treat on your own. The Hip Hook is awesome at relieving this tension that could be causing issues with your back, knees, pelvis, or toes. It was crazy to me how much tension I had in my iliacus that I didn't even know.
