The Euporia is a new Twinblade weapon type introduced in the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree Downloadable Content. The Euporia scales with Strength, Dexterity, and Faith. When fully upgraded, the Euporia's Faith scaling goes up to a B. Its stats are 84 Physical, and 100 Holy, it requires 16 strength, 16 dexterity, and 24 faith to be useable. Its unique skill is called ''Euporia Vortex'' its damage type is Standard and Pierce.

The Euporia description reads ''Twinblade symbolizing abundance. The secret treasure of the tower. Though the blades, fashioned from golden shoots, are largely wilted and darkened, their luster can be restored by dealing damage to foes. However, damage dealt to Those Who Live in Death will have no such effect.'' The Euporia Twinblade weapon can be found in the Belurat Settlement Legacy Dungeon.

The Euporia is a Somber weapon, meaning it can only be upgraded using Somber Smithing stones, its ash of war or skill is unique, and the weapon cannot be infused with anything. The Euporia has a weight of about 8.5, and its unique skill Euporia Vortex costs 28 FP to use. The weapon cannot be charged vs undead enemies for some reason.

The Euporia's unique Ash of War is called Euporia Vortex, and it has a charging mechanic called weapon luster that determines how strong the ash of war will be. The Euporia Vortex description reads ''Using the power of the vortex, violently twirl the armament, dealing multiple slashes directly ahead. The greater the restored luster of the blades, the greater the power of this skill. However, use of this skill will fully consume the blades' luster. ''

The Euporia Vortex is not chargeable so therefore it will not be boosted by Godfrey's Icon Talisman. Upon activation, the user will briefly spin the armament (weapon) while raising it, before holding it forward and twirling it very quickly, generating a small vortex of light with the weapon. The initial spins do not deal any damage. The user can move and turn slowly when performing the vortex, allowing for slight repositioning if needed. If the blades of the weapon make contact with a target, the user will automatically move and turn around as they hit the target to center them in the vortex, even without using lock on. The animation takes approximately 3 seconds from start to finish until the user can perform another action such as rolling.

The Euporia Vortex skill hits for a total of 5 and can be boosted using consecutive damage boosting talismans like the Rotten Winged Insignia, and each hit consumes stamina. When charged up to tier 2 the weapon will fire off a small beam of light in conjunction with the spins. The light DOES NOT trigger rotten winged insignia. When fully charged the Euporia will fire a beam of light that increases the total number of hits to 10. The player can cancel the skill halfway through its duration using a roll if needed.

The Euporia has a unique charging mechanic called luster that charges based off of the amount of consecutive hits you land in short succession, much like the talismans, add a bonus buff to the weapon itself. After a couple of consecutive hits landed, the weapon will add a flat holy damage boost of about 35-70, and also charges up the Euporia Vortex ash of war. The Euporia weapon model is re-used from the unobtainable Twinblades Abundance and Decay.

The Euporia Twinblade weapon was buffed recently with the inclusion of Patch 1.13. Increased Holy damage when the weapon has its luster restored. Decreased the number of attacks required to restore the weapon’s luster. Increased the duration of the luster restoration effect. The weapon is located somewhere between Enir-Ilim and Belurat settlement. One must progress the story and unlock Enir-Ilim in order to reach it.

Note that in order to reach the final Legacy Dungeon of Enir-Ilim, you must have defeated Messmer the Impaler in the Shadow Keep, and defeat Romina, Saint of the Bud in the western Ancient Ruins of Rauh. Using Messmer's Kindling on the sealing tree behind Romina's boss room will grant access to Enir-Ilim. Though the Euporia Twinblade is technically back down in Belurat, Tower Settlement, its location is only accessible from up in Enir-Ilim, and requires a bit of platforming to reach it. A good weapon option for Faith build users, who want to use a Twinblade weapon type that also scales with other statistic lines, such as Strength, and Dexterity.......
