Here’s a classic for my non-veg lovers from the Sri Lankan cuisine!

Now what is a party without mutton rolls. Well unless it’s a pure veg based party of course, that’s an exception. If you’re dieting remember this is a deep fried snack/appetizer so you either miss out or cheat guilt-free. Feel free to adjust the spiciness of this recipe to suit your preferences. Mutton rolls are typically served with either tomato ketchup or chilli sauce as a dip. Enjoy!
