སྤྱི་བོའི་གཙུག་གི་ནོར་བུ།

སེར་པོ་གསེར་གྱི་ཉི་མ།།
ཨ་སྔོན་གནམ་ནས་ཤར་བྱུང་།།
དྲོད་འཇམ་ཉི་མའི་འོད་ཟེར།།
ས་གཞི་ཡོངས་ལ་ཁྱབ་ཡོད།།
The golden yellow sun
Appeared in the blue sky,
Sending warm and soothing sunrays
To pervade the entire earth.

གྲུབ་དབང་པདྨ་ནོར་བུ།།
གངས་ཅན་ལྗོངས་ནས་འཁྲུངས་བྱུང་།།
རླབས་ཆེན་མཛད་པ་ཕྲིན་ལས།།
འཛམ་གླིང་ཡོངས་ལ་ཁྱབ་ཡོད།།
The lord of accomplished masters, Pema Norbu,
Was born in the land of snows.
His extraordinary enlightened activities
Suffused the whole earth.

ཡངས་པའི་སྤང་གཤོངས་སྟེང་ལ།།
མེ་ཏོག་གཅིག་མཛེས་གཉིས་མཛེས།།
མཆོད་པའི་རྫས་སུ་ཕེབས་པ།།
འདབ་སྟོང་པདྨ་དཀར་པོ།།
On the vast plain of meadows
Are flowers of surpassing beauty
That which blossoms as substances of offering
Is the white lotus with a thousand petals.

སྐྱིད་པའི་འཛམ་གླིང་འདི་ན།།
བླ་མ་བརྒྱ་ཡོད་སྟོང་ཡོད།།
སྤྱི་བོའི་རྒྱན་དུ་ཕེབས་པ།།
གྲུབ་དབང་པདྨ་ནོར་བུ།།
In this blissful world,
Hundreds and thousands of Lamas exist.
Yet the one that appeared as my crown ornament
Is Pema Norbu, the lord of accomplished masters.

ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དྲིན་གྱིས་བསྐྱངས་པའི།།
རིགས་མཐུན་གཅེས་ཕྲུག་མང་པོས།།
ཧི་མ་ལ་ཡའི་རྒྱབ་ནས།།
ནམ་མཇལ་རེ་སྒུག་ཞུས་ཡོད།།
With your kindness,
You nurtured many loving children of the same flock
Who long to see you
From behind the Himalayas.

ཇོ་མོ་གླང་མའི་རྩེ་ནས།།
བྱང་འགྲོའི་སྤྲིན་པ་དཀར་པོ།།
ང་ཡི་སེམས་ཀྱི་གླུ་འདི།།
བླ་མའི་སྙན་ལ་འབུལ་རོགས།།
Upon the summit of Mt. Everest,
White clouds drift towards the north
May you pass this heart song of mine
To the ears of the Lama.
