Resep Ikan Steam Bawang Putih (untuk 3-4 porsi)

Bahan:
300 gr ikan dori filet
20 gr sohun kering, rendam air
1 jempol jahe
1 batang daun bawang

Bahan bawang putih goreng:
15 siung bawang putih
50 ml minyak
⅛ sdt garam
¼ sdt kaldu jamur
⅛ sdt merica

Bahan saus:
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt gula pasir
150 ml air panas
¼ sdt kaldu jamur

Lainnya:
Daun ketumbar
Daun bawang

Langkah:
1. Iris tipis miring daun bawang untuk garnish lalu potong besar-besar daun bawang lainnya
2. Petik daun ketumbar lalu masukkan daun ketumbar dan daun bawang untuk garnish ke dalam air es
3. Blender kasar bawang putih lalu panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih, garam, kaldu jamur dan merica, masak hingga sedikit kuning, tiriskan
4. Siapkan piring anti panas lalu susun soun, daun bawang dan jahe
5. Keringkan dori lalu potong-potong dan susun ke dalam piring. Kukus selama 7 menit
6. Untuk saus, campurkan air panas dengan gula pasir, kecap asin, saus tiram dan kaldu jamur, aduk rata
7. Taburkan bawang putih goreng di atas ikan dan tuang sebagian saus, kukus kembali selama 3 menit
8. Susun daun bawang dan daun ketumbar di atas ikan lalu siram dengan minyak panas
9. Ikan steam bawang putih siap disajikan

Garlic Steamed Fish Recipe (yield 3-4 servings)

Ingredients:
300 g dory filet
20 g dry glass noodles, soaked
1 thumb ginger
1 pc green onion

Fried Garlic ingredients:
15 clove garlic
50 ml oil
⅛ tsp salt
¼ tsp mushroom powder
⅛ tsp pepper

Sauce ingredients:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
150 ml hot water
¼ tsp mushroom powder

Others:
Cilantro
Green onion

Steps:
1. Slice the green onions diagonally for garnish. Slice the other green onions into large pieces.
2. Pick the cilantro leaves. Add the cilantro and green onions into cold water for garnish.
3. Chop the garlic. Heat the oil and cook the garlic with salt, mushroom powder, and pepper until yellowish. Set aside.
4. Prepare a heat-proof plate. Place the glass noodles, green onions, and ginger on it.
5. Pat dry and slice the dory. Place the fish on the plate and steam for 7 minutes.
6. For the sauce, combine hot water with sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and mushroom powder. Mix well.
7. Sprinkle fried garlic on top of the fish and pour some of the sauce. Steam again for 3 minutes.
8. Place the green onions and cilantro on top of the fish, then pour hot oil on top.
9. Garlic Steamed Fish is ready to serve.
