Forester Gets Rattle Can Paint Job - How To

I have always felt that body work and paint are more of an artform than they are a labor task. The time required to get the desired results takes a lot of time and just as much patience. It would be nice to have taken a month to do a much better job of prepping and spraying. The results would be much cleaner than they are had I spent more time than I did.

Regardless, I got the results I needed. All of the problems the paint had have been corrected even if the finish is less than satisfactory. The water is going to bead and run off of it. The clear coat will no longer peel off and the end appearance will be much closer to the Impreza already in the driveway.
