Today is a no repeat legs and glutes workout so be ready to stay moving together! We will be working for 45 seconds at a time and you will complete each exercise only one time each. You will see me pushing you to challenge yourself in these strength exercises and working to get your heart rate up too with our squat HORN! (*** = exercises to listen for the Squat Horn!)

I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells for this workout. Grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!
