Let's build some glutes today! Today's workout will target your glutes and hamstrings using only dumbbells! This one is perfect for all fitness levels and can be done at home or at the gym. This low impact workout will challenge you to work for 3 rounds of 45 seconds of work per exercise with 15 seconds rest. We will perform straight sets of every exercise and you will have time to rest and reset before moving on to the next exercise! Warm up and cool down are included in this workout.
