Welcome to our new series on Slow Jogging Dos & Don'ts – the explained version! In the first part we explain one of the key components to the running technique: the running strike. Human bodies have adapted to run long distances, but up to 79% of runners nowadays are injured every year. It’s probably because the way modern humans run is quite different from the running style we evolved to. Slow Jogging however is running in its simplest, most natural form.
