Unit Guide: Sea-Wing / Sky-Wing | Red Alert 3

Continuing our Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 Beginner's Guide series, we are taking a look at the Imperial Sea-Wings: Sea Wings are a lesser used transforming unit - They are Empire of Rising Sun's Tier 2 anti-air ships that normally remain submerged. Their special ability is to transform into Sky Wings, which are fast-moving, anti-infantry aircrafts. Skywing excels at harassing harvesters, and may escape back to its Seawing form when countered by AA fighters. Although a line-of-sight (possibly) glitch renders them underwhelming at on harass.

As an advanced strategy, Sea-Wings combo with VX to counter both fighter jets and VX's biggest weakness: Bullfrogs. Sky-Wings can chase down and kill off any land AA, especially when reinforced with Fortified Fleet upgrade.
