Their signature Special Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Biryani is a must and besides that we even had their Apollo Fish, Talawa Gosht, Milk Cake & Karak Chai.

Apollo Fish
We couldn't resist ordering the picture perfect Apollo Fish. This appetizer, bursting with flavor, set the bar high for the remainder of the dishes and each dish kept on raising the bar of expectations even higher.

Tantalizing Delight: Talawa Gosht
Next on our culinary adventure was the tantalizing delight of Talawa Gosht. A fried meat dish that captivates the senses, leaving an everlasting impression on every bite.

Signature Dish: Special Dum Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani with Chicken 65 & Boiled Eggs
This Biryani if it were available in Hyderabad, India would give tough competition to the likes of Paradise Biryani, Shadab Biryani or Bawarchi Biryani. Each bite was a sympohony of flavors and a celebration of authentic Hyderabadi flavors. The rice cooked to perfection, the chicken marinated with secret signature spices and the icing on the cake the succulent Chicken 65 pieces - simply perfection. Undoubtedly one of the best Hyderabadi Biryani in Canada.

Dessert: Biscoff Milk Cake (a.k.a Tres Leches)
After all the amazing dishes we had to have their Biscoff Milk Cake, a dessert which we keep having whenever we are in that plaza. A dessert so moist and flavorful that it just melts in your mouth, a simple creamy bliss.

Karak Chai / Tea
No trip to Baigs Grill is complete without having their signature Karak Chai, reminiscent of the tea experiences in Dubai and Sharjah, made popular by the Indian immigrants there.

Compliments to the chef, Chef Ahmed Baig and his brother Salman Baig. Each dish is a labor of love, crafted to teleport you to the vibrant streets of Hyderabad, India. Highly recommend the Apollo Fish and Special Dum Biryani a.k.a kacche gosht ki biryani, and savor the flavors of this amazing dish i.e. Hyderabadi Biryani right here in Canada. Other items on the menu include Apollo Fish, Chicken 65, Chicken Tikka Boti, Joojeh Kebab, Chicken Sheekh Kabab, Special Lamb Biryani or Karak Chai.
