Strawberry Jam Muffins Recipe - Quick & Easy

Ingredients:
→ 3/4 cup (170g) melted butter, cooled to room temperature.
→ 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar.
→ 2 large eggs at room temperature.
→ 1/4 cup (60ml) water.
→ 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract.
→ 1+1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour, sifted.
→ 2 tsp (10g) baking powder, sifted.
→ strawberry jam.
→ powdered sugar to dust the muffins.
