Описание к видео What is the Difference Between a Kegel and a Reverse Kegel??

Weak pelvic floor muscles or pelvic floor dysfunction can interfere with a lot of areas. To strengthen the pelvic floor, many people engage in Kegel exercises, but what do you do when you need to relax the muscles? Kegel exercises help to isolate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

A reverse Kegel is a relaxation or lengthening of the pelvic floor muscles. On the flip side, some people have tight pelvic floor muscles, which can lead to painful sex or spasms. Reverse Kegels are a technique to relax the muscles, instead of contracting them, which can help with the stiffness and pain and may increase flexibility.

If you're confused about the differences between the two... Well in this video, Jocelyn goes over the differences between a kegel and reverse kegel and explains how each one is performed.
