Chicken 1 kg

Onion 4-5 medium sized

Tomato 2-3 medium large

Green Chilies 8-10

Ginger 2 inch

For Masala :-

Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp

Coriander Powder 1 tbsp

Cumin Powder 1 tsp

Pepper Powder 1 tsp

Curd 1 cup

Ginger Garlic Paste 1-2 tbsp

Garam Masala Homemade

Chicken Masala Readymade

For Garnish:-

Coriander leaves

Lemon juice

Note:- Serve this Delicious Chicken Bhuna Gravy with Butter Roti, Tandoori Roti, Parathas or Jeera Rice
