The Birds & the Bees & BATS- The Forgotten Pollinator

Learn about the ways that our lifestyles are improved and made possible by these bats and the flowers they pollinate. Biologist Dan Taylor will even touch on some of the projects that BCI is leading to support endangered bat pollinators.
Dan has more than 30 years of experience working on wildlife and conservation issues in the U.S., Central America, and Africa. He also has a background as a USDA-Forest Service biologist in Arizona, Montana, and Oregon. Dan is a member of The Wildlife Society, and the Arizona, New Mexico, and Western Bat Working Groups. He was a founding member of the Society for Conservation Biology. Dan holds a bachelors degree in Wildlife Biology from the University of Montana and a masters of science in Forestry from Northern Arizona University.
