In this video, Grant Stevens takes you through a full shadow boxing routine. This is an amazing workout for anyone looking to improve their cardio and work towards a more shredded physique (just LOOK at Grant in the thumbnail!). But it's also a great way to work on your technique.

Try to be minfdul as you're throwing punches and even watch yourself back to see if your technique is on-point. Did you keep your guard up? Did you rotate enough at the hips? Keep your eyes open?

This is also just a really fun way to train. Cardio doesn't have to be boring, guys!
