Scapular Dyskinesis Bilaterally

Interesting presentation of scapular dyskinesis which developed after a 2 week trip to Africa. She denies any specific mechanism of injury. This occurred 2.5 years ago and she is still having upper trap pain, abnormal shoulder motion, and chronic headaches/migraines.
