Travel Buddy Cook Ups Ep 8 - Rolled Roast Pork & Vegies

Travel buddy cook up number 8, with the weather finally starting to tell us it's summer. I decided to talk the family down to our local swimming and camping spot for a dip to cool off and give me a chance to test the travel buddy in it's new location with new wiring and Lithium battery. The oven was heating up on the way out and ready to use when we got there. All that was left was to prep the meal and get it cooking. It did still take a couple of hours, but it was worth the wait, delicious, succulent, juicy pork and some crispy vegies. the whole family was absolutely stoked with this one. We did this while stopped at one spot, what you do need to remember is that it's all happening while your driving and saving you time when you arrive at your destination.

*Remember its not perfect, compared to the way you cook at home in your own oven, but it's all happening while your driving and saving you time when you arrive at your destination or for your lunch stop on the road. Keep trying different foods and times and see what works for you and your family.

Prep time 10-15 mins, cooking time 2-2.5 hours.

3 washed potatoes
1 small sweet potato
3 carrots
1 x rolled roast pork
